So that our body can take max out of what we are eating and our body can absorb all nutrients of our diet. 1. Drinking tea after meal

This is very common mistake people usually do is drinking tea after meal. Tea is of acidic property it affects the protein digestion. so you should avoid tea for atleast 2 hours after meal.

2. Taking bath after meal

Taking bath after meal cools the body which ultimately slow down the digestion process which results acidity or gas problems. You should avoid bath for atleast 30 minutes after meal.

3. Walking after meal

This is also one of the major mistake people do is walking after meal thinking that it will help in digesting food but in fact this affects blood circulation and slows the digestion. You should avoid walking for atleast 30 minute after meal.

4. Eating fruit after dinner

Eating fruit is always healthy but taking them after dinner is bad idea. Taking fruits after dinner slow down the digestion and our body can’t get max nutrients from fruit that will cause fat in body.

5. Smoking after meal

Smoking always has bad effect but smoking after meal is give worse effect. It can cause cancer as well as heart diseases.

6. Brushing after meal

Brushing after dinner is good thing but brushing immediately after meal should be avoided. If we eat something too sweat or too sour it will make enamel weak on our teeth. So if we brush at that time it can harm enamel. Brushing should be avoided atleast 30 minute after meal.

7. Sleeping after meal

This is the major mistake people do after meal is that they started feeling sleepy so they sleep after meal. Sleeping after meal causes digestion to be slow and our body can’t get max nutrients out of  food we eat. Which causes in increased fat and overweight problems. You should avoid sleeping for  atleast 2 hour after meal.
