Back pain is the major problem with which many women suffers. There are many small things which we generally ignores. Those smalls things one day become some serious health issue. Then they start having a constant back pain. Many women wears some tight clothing or have some modern style statements which ultimately caused a severe back pain. Having a back pain affects you a lot in your confidence, your daily activities, your office/meetings at all places it make you feel down. By having a little care about these of your style statements you can reduce back pain problems.
How to reduce back pain?
- Avoid skinny jeans: It maybe some style statement for women but you should avoid that. Tight skinny jeans can cause pain in waist, hips and joints.
- Avoid tight skirts too: Wearing tight skirt can also caused stretch in knees and muscles. It can also caused disk related issues.
- Use light handbag: Well this is a thing which women can’t avoid because it is very useful. Many important things can be carried in bag. But you should wisely decide which you should carry. Avoid carrying un-neccessary things. Un-neccessary things adds an additional weight to your bag which you always has to carry. Heavy bags can caused pain in your backbone.
- Avoid high heals: Wearing heals gives an extra confidence to women. It gives couple of extra inches to your height. But it can cause pain in legs and knees also back pain. If you want to wear heals then flat heels can be a better choice.
- Avoid wearing heavy ornaments: This is also a things which women loves. You can wear for particular occasion or for short time. But you should avoid it wearing for long time. It gives weight on your neck which can cause pain in neck.
These are some small things which are related to now a days statements. Although there can be many other reasons too like your sitting posture, your walking style etc. but these are some things which are related with your style statements which are easy to follow.
