China is a kind of a country about which people always curios about to know more thing. It may be their rich culture or their foods or population. Almost every country has their own norms and they banned things which violates their norms which sometimes seems weird by other country people. Here are 5 things which are banned in China

1. Avatar (Famous Hollywood movie)
Hollywood movie “Avatar” which was released in 2010 and set the new records of earning, This was also released in China and got hit but it was banned within 2 weeks. Although only 2D version was banned, 3D version was not banned.
2. Jasmine
Yes, the beautiful flower of Jasmine is also banned in China. Not only the flower but everything made of Jasmine is also banned in China. Chinese government has banned jasmine after “Jasmine Revolution” in Tunisia in 2011. Since then Jasmine can not be sold or you can’t keep jasmine in your home in China as well.
3. Internet in Banned for Army
Internet is banned for all army. They can not use Internet anywhere. This decision was taken so that army secrets can not be leaked by Internet misuse.
4. Gambling
Gambling is completely banned in China since 1949. Casinos can no be opened in China. But government runs 2 lottery schemes, people can participate in those schemes.
5. Alice in Wonderland
Famous story alice in wonderland written by Lewis Carroll is also banned in China since 1931. It was said to be banned because Chinese government doesn’t like animals talking like humans.
