Now a days smart phones are part of our life. Most of us are getting addicted to it. Perhaps this is the things with which we spends most of our day time as compare to any person or any other things. 1. It is too dirty

Yes…Your smartphones are too dirty. Believe it or not it is as dirty as toilet seat. Actually while talking it is near your mouth, it may have many germs on it. You touches it with dirty hand. In fact many people touches it. You also put it at many places. Anybody’s hand or any place can have many germs which could be transfer to your phone. While it is the fact that phones are never cleaned/washed (unless you have waterproof phone 😛 ). So phones are always having huge amount of germs on it which may cause you cold, flu or fever. So avoid using phone atleast while eating.

2. Back Pain & Spinal Stress

Texting with your head down can cause too much stress on your next almost equal 30Kg in weight. Research done in England says that 80% youth are facing back pain related issues because of using smartphones in wrong posture.

3. Its blue light causes sleep disorder

If you reads the messages in the bed when room lights are off , it may harm you. Blue light coming from your mobile screen reduce level of sleep hormone “Melatonin” in your body. This reduced level can cause sleep disorder. You have to wait for long time to sleep. So avoid checking messages before sleeping.

4. Neurodegenerative Disorder

Radiation emitted from your mobile phone can damage DNA. Damaged DNA can caused neurodegenerative disorder. So please avoid keeping phones near to you or near your pilow atleast while sleeping. If you worried that someone will read your messages, keep your phone locked. That is better solution 😛

As per the article published in European Journal of Oncology, radiations of cordless phones causes problem in heart functioning. Phone radiation also affects Red Blood Cells which increases chances of heart diseases.

11. Affects hearing power

Talking on mobile phones for long time affects your hearing ability. As per research, any person who talk 2-3 hours on phone daily, after 3-4 years his hearing ability starts decreasing.

Yes, in some special circumstances like over heating, bad chargers or bad/old batteries phone can also be blast and can cause serious damage to you.
